I am so excited to be starting on another adventure in the Holliday Inn.  We had a wonderful summer being able to spend time in Ottawa with Jeremy, Nevaeh and Alyssa. 

Now it's time to head west and our first stop is Muskegon, Michigan.  We left from Livonia today and had a very nice drive 185 miles over to the shores of Lake Michigan.  We happily filled up the tank at a Flying J and paid $2.08 for gas - The lowest ever in the Holliday Inn. 

We are at a KOA campground in Muskegon and were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely small lake in the middle of the campground.

 Its a very nice campground - and very quiet at this time of year, which makes it a perfect time to travel.  There was a trail around the lake which was accessible for me in the scooter.  So off we went exploring ....

Tomorrow we changed our plans a little and we found a small Casino on the shores of Lake Michigan and within a hours drive of Sleeping Bear Dunes and we will do a drive around the dunes. 

The windows getting washed and ready for tomorrow's drive .... I take most of my photos just shooting out the window as we drive along ....
